1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ba2222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ba2222 website located at ba2222.app and all associated services, products, and features made available through it.

• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ba2222 immediately by contacting support at [email protected].
• Account non-transferability: Your ba2222 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any third party.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) standards and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, ba2222 requires all account holders to complete identity and address verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, or at any time ba2222 reasonably deems verification necessary.

ba2222 may request any or all of the following documents as part of the verification process:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your name)

ba2222 reserves the right to suspend account access, delay or withhold withdrawals, and freeze account balances pending the satisfactory completion of verification procedures. 5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ba2222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: ba2222 accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at ba2222's discretion.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ba2222 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms that may be communicated at the time the offer is made:

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ba2222 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the website, is the intellectual property of ba2222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
